Unlike rope or spot leak sensors, the EM300-MLD Membrane Leakage Detection Sensor offers a 40cm x 40cm membrane, enabling it to cover broader areas and effectively detect water leakage.
The membrane of the EM300-MLD can be vertically trimmed to fit specific requirements. Also, it supports large-size customization.
Designed to meet various needs, the EM300-MLD is suitable for both residential and commercial environments. Whether it's placed under appliances like washing machines and refrigerators or used to monitor floors, roofs and ceilings for potential water leak, water spillage or floor wetness conditions. This sensor provides comprehensive coverage and ensures timely notifications to prevent costly damages.
