The Dragino DDS45-LB2 is a professional LoRaWAN® ultrasonic distance detection sensor designed to measure the distance between the sensor and a target object. It is ideal for level monitoring, waste bin monitoring, parking management, tank applications, industrial automation and smart city deployments. The sensor combines low-power LoRaWAN® connectivity with reliable ultrasonic measurement technology to deliver long-range remote monitoring with minimal maintenance.

The DDS45-LB2 utilizes an industrial-grade waterproof ultrasonic probe capable of measuring distances from approximately 35 cm up to 4.5 meters, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor installations. The sensor continuously monitors distance changes and transmits measurements through LoRaWAN® networks to cloud platforms, dashboards and IoT applications.

Powered by an integrated 8500mAh Li-SOCl₂ battery, the DDS45-LB2 is optimized for ultra-low-power operation and can provide years of autonomous field operation. Bluetooth configuration and OTA firmware updates simplify deployment and maintenance while reducing operating costs.

With its IP-rated ultrasonic probe, long battery life and industrial reliability, the DDS45-LB2 is an excellent solution for remote distance monitoring applications requiring dependable performance in harsh environments.
