The Dragino LA66 USB Adapter is a compact USB to LoRaWAN adapter designed to quickly add LoRaWAN wireless connectivity to PCs, laptops, mobile devices and embedded systems with USB interfaces.

Built around the Dragino LA66 LoRaWAN module and a CP2101/CP2102 USB-to-UART bridge, the adapter provides a simple and efficient way to enable LoRaWAN communication for devices without native LoRa connectivity. It is ideal for developers, system integrators and IoT engineers who need fast access to LoRaWAN networks for testing, prototyping and deployment.

The LA66 module includes a mature LoRaWAN v1.0.3 stack, widely deployed in production IoT devices across global LoRaWAN networks. It also supports peer-to-peer LoRa communication, making it suitable for both standard LoRaWAN deployments and custom LoRa applications.

The adapter communicates via AT commands over UART, allowing external software or microcontrollers to easily configure and transmit data. It also supports firmware upgrades via UART, enabling long-term maintainability and future feature enhancements.

With support for multiple regional frequency bands including EU868, US915, AS923, AU915, KR920 and IN865, the LA66 USB Adapter provides excellent deployment flexibility across global markets. The integrated TCXO crystal ensures stable RF performance even in harsh temperature environments.

Its compact form factor, low power consumption and long-range wireless capability make the LA66 USB Adapter an ideal solution for LoRaWAN signal testing, field deployments and rapid IoT prototyping.
