The Dragino PS-LB-I3 is a professional LoRaWAN® Liquid Level and Hydrostatic Pressure Sensor (EU868), designed for remote monitoring of water levels in tanks, reservoirs, wells and industrial liquid storage systems.
The device combines a battery-powered LoRaWAN transmitter with a submersible hydrostatic pressure probe and a 3-metre cable, enabling reliable liquid level measurement in remote or hard-to-access locations.
Using the hydrostatic pressure measurement principle, the submerged probe detects the pressure exerted by the liquid column. The measured pressure can be used to determine the liquid level, making the PS-LB-I3 suitable for water management, agricultural irrigation, reservoir monitoring and industrial applications.
The integrated LoRaWAN EU868 connectivity enables long-range, low-power wireless transmission of measurement data to compatible LoRaWAN gateways and network servers, eliminating the need for a wired communication connection.
Powered by a high-capacity 8,500 mAh Li-SOCl₂ battery, the PS-LB-I3 is designed for long-term autonomous operation with low maintenance requirements. Actual battery life depends on the reporting interval, network conditions and operating environment.
The device supports Bluetooth 5.1 configuration, LoRaWAN downlink commands and firmware maintenance functionality, simplifying installation, configuration and remote device management.
The outdoor transmitter features an IP66-rated enclosure, while the submersible probe is rated IP68, according to the product's listed specifications.
