The Milesight AM305L is a compact LoRaWAN® Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) Sensor designed to provide real-time monitoring of critical indoor environmental parameters. Combining temperature, humidity, ambient light, motion (PIR) and CO₂ concentration monitoring in a single device, the AM305L helps organizations create healthier, safer and more energy-efficient indoor environments.

The sensor continuously measures indoor environmental conditions and transmits data through LoRaWAN® networks to cloud platforms, dashboards and Building Management Systems (BMS). This enables facility managers to optimize HVAC operation, improve occupant comfort and reduce energy consumption through data-driven decisions.

The AM305L integrates a high-accuracy NDIR CO₂ sensor, making it ideal for offices, schools, hospitals, meeting rooms, hotels, retail stores and other indoor spaces where air quality monitoring is essential. Motion detection via the PIR sensor enables occupancy awareness and intelligent building automation.

The device supports NFC configuration, local data storage, alarm notifications, traffic-light status indication, buzzer alerts and Milesight D2D communication for ultra-low-latency interaction with other Milesight devices. It can operate using replaceable batteries or external USB Type-C power.

With its long battery life, compact design and reliable LoRaWAN® connectivity, the AM305L is an ideal solution for professional indoor environmental monitoring projects.

Shipping Policy We provide worldwide shipping using only tracked shipping services. Currently all our international shipments are performed by TNT Express and FedEx. Local shipments to Greece are performed either directly from us or using local shipping couriers (i.e. ELTA Courier). We ship products within 1-3 days after the order is placed.
