Smart LoRaWAN Fan Coil Thermostat for Modern Building Automation

The MClimate Fan Coil Thermostat LoRaWAN (MC-LW-FCT-01) is an advanced LoRaWAN-enabled smart thermostat designed for efficient monitoring and control of 2-pipe and 4-pipe Fan Coil Units (FCUs) in commercial, hospitality and residential buildings. It enables rapid retrofit of existing HVAC installations without requiring extensive rewiring while significantly improving energy efficiency.

The thermostat supports both 1, 2 and 3-speed AC fan motors as well as ECM fans with 0–10V control, making it compatible with the vast majority of modern fan coil systems. Multiple configurable outputs allow independent control of heating and cooling valves, fan speeds and auxiliary HVAC functions.

Its large 4.2-inch fast-refresh e-ink display provides excellent readability while consuming very little power. Users can easily adjust the desired room temperature, operating mode and fan speed using the integrated capacitive buttons while viewing current indoor temperature and humidity.

Operating as a LoRaWAN Class C device, the thermostat provides near real-time bidirectional communication, allowing immediate remote control through LoRaWAN networks. It supports OTAA activation, ADR, encrypted communication and seamless integration with Building Management Systems (BMS) and the MClimate Enterprise Platform through its open communication protocol.

Integrated temperature and humidity sensors, optional occupancy detection, external NTC temperature sensors, dew point sensors, key-card inputs and filter alarm contacts make the device suitable for advanced hotel automation, office buildings and energy management systems. Depending on the installation, buildings can achieve energy savings of up to 30% through optimized HVAC operation and room-by-room control.

The thermostat is powered directly from 110–240VAC, eliminating battery maintenance while providing reliable long-term operation. Its elegant industrial design fits standard European electrical boxes and modern interior installations.

Shipping Policy We provide worldwide shipping using only tracked shipping services. Currently all our international shipments are performed by TNT Express and FedEx. Local shipments to Greece are performed either directly from us or using local shipping couriers (i.e. ELTA Courier). We ship products within 1-3 days after the order is placed.
