Industrial LoRaWAN® Controller for Remote Monitoring, Modbus Integration & Automation

The Milesight UC1152-868 is a powerful LoRaWAN® industrial controller designed to connect legacy serial devices, sensors, PLCs and industrial equipment to modern LoRaWAN® networks. Featuring RS485, RS232, digital input and relay output interfaces, it enables reliable remote monitoring, data acquisition and control across industrial, utility and smart infrastructure applications.

The UC1152 can collect data from Modbus RTU devices, energy meters, environmental sensors and industrial machinery through its RS485 interface and transmit the information wirelessly via LoRaWAN® to cloud platforms, SCADA systems and IoT applications. It also supports Modbus RS485 Bridge LoRaWAN®, allowing remote Modbus communication through the LoRaWAN® network.

In addition to serial communications, the controller includes digital input and relay output interfaces, enabling alarm monitoring, remote equipment control and industrial automation. Its built-in IF-THEN logic engine allows autonomous operation even when network connectivity is unavailable.

Supporting the EU868 LoRaWAN® frequency band, Class C operation and long-range wireless communications up to 15 km in line-of-sight environments, the UC1152-868 provides an ideal solution for smart metering, industrial telemetry, machine monitoring and remote automation projects.
