The Milesight VS351-868M is a compact LoRaWAN® Mini AI Thermopile People Counter designed for accurate bidirectional people counting at entrances and exits. Combining AI-powered thermopile sensing with a radar presence detection sensor, it provides reliable footfall analytics while maintaining complete anonymity and GDPR compliance.
Designed for indoor applications such as retail stores, shopping centers, offices, museums, public buildings and transportation facilities, the VS351 accurately measures visitor traffic and occupancy trends, helping organizations optimize staffing, facility management and customer experience.
Unlike camera-based systems, the VS351 performs 100% anonymous people counting without recording or transmitting images. Advanced AI algorithms enable highly accurate bidirectional counting, side-by-side differentiation and U-turn filtering, ensuring reliable analytics even in busy environments.
The sensor supports LoRaWAN® Class A, Milesight D2D communication, NFC configuration and cloud integration through Milesight IoT Cloud. Combined with its battery-powered design and ultra-low power consumption, the VS351 can operate for up to 1.6 years on battery power.
